Between 8 p.m. Monday and 2 a.m. Tuesday, President Donald Trump posted over 60 times to Truth Social, in a spree that covered the president’s plans for a golf course and triumphal arch in D.C., Trump’s evening rally in Kansas, protests and riots in France, DEI, drug prices, the “Fake News Media,” the “Dumocrats,” and the administration’s “Record Setting Numbers,” among other subjects.

The bulk of Trump’s posts were reposts of positive commentary on his rally in Kansas, amid a spree of attacks on Kansas Democrats and Democrats more broadly.

“Senator Roger Marshall’s opponent, Adam Hamilton, is a Radical Left Phony who is pretending to be a moderate because he does not have the courage to tell Kansas the truth about who he really is,” Trump wrote in one lengthy post at the beginning of the evening.

“The Dumocrat Agenda is a plan to extinguish Western Civilization,” he wrote in another post. He followed that up by calling the Democrats “Communists, Jihadists, and corrupt anti-American Lunatics,” and saying that they represent “all the Fraudsters, Thieves, and Thugs driving around in luxury cars, while receiving welfare checks paid for by American Taxpayers.”

He also repeated his promise to send all adult American citizens $5,000 if Republicans win the House and Senate.

In a burst of follow-up posts, Trump touted his record on the border, crime, tax cuts, drug prices, women’s health, and DEI.

Trump also turned to unrest in France to promote the construction of an arch in Washington estimated to cost about $400 million. The Arc de Triomphe in Paris, Trump wrote, was "under siege by the Radical Left Lunatics who have taken over the country." He claimed that 59 cities have a triumphal arch and Washington is "the only one that doesn't." He added: "we will assume only 58 remain!"

It does not appear to be true that the Parisian Arc is “under siege.” The Guardian reported that the monument and the Champs-Élysées avenue were heavily policed, and that nearby Métro stations were closed.

The protests began last month with students demanding better schools. They grew to cover frustrations over fuel prices, living costs and public services as unions joined. Officials said Monday that more than 2,500 people had been arrested. French officials have not linked the unrest to immigration.

At his Kansas rally, Trump said France was "being conquered, looted, and burned to the ground by migrants, jihadists and communists who hate Christianity."

He added: “globalist left wing politicians have treasonously imported millions and millions of Third World migrants who are totally incompatible with the West, and they are incompatible with Western values. They despise everything about France, and they're destroying that country, and we're not going to let that happen to this country.”

Capping off the night, Trump posted a handful of photos from around East Potomac Park, showing broken fences, heaps of trash, ongoing construction and flooding, in a bid to demonstrate that the park would benefit from the president’s desired overhaul. In a post earlier in the evening, Trump referred to the golf course in the park as “Trash Island.”

The course, Trump wrote, “has been badly managed for so many decades that it is a completely nonviable and unsafe Project. Our Plan, developed to the Highest Levels and Standards of Golf, will turn Trash Island into an Island of Beauty and Success! It will be one of the Most Wonderful and Spectacular Golf Courses anywhere in the World.”
